• Question: When did you started to work in elephants?

      I started working with elephants in 2012 when I got a position as a voluntary research assistant with the Elephant Welfare Group (they are a government advisory group who help zoos to continue to improve the welfare of elephants through research and understanding). I then did my first research project with elephants in 2013 – looking at how they sleep – or elephants in their beds as my friend called it 🙂
