      Either chocolate or honeycomb. I’ve had gelato in italy and that is the bes I’ve ever tasted!

      Mint choc chip, or raspberry pavlova (specifically raspberry pavlova from a little ice cream van at a beach just up the road from the Manjushri Kadampa Meditation Centre in Ulverston, sooo good!)

      Ginger! With real pieces of ginger in a creamy ice cream on a sugar-cone. Delicious!

      I tried green tea ice cream a few years ago and that was surprisingly delicious. I really like walnut as well and pistachio but my old time favourite has to be just vanilla.

      I love green tea ice cream. Best thing ever but too bad it’s difficult to find them in the uk!
