Rabbits licking is their attempt at grooming you, and apparently this a very high form of affection in rabbits! (so i am led to believe by the internet!)

It’s hard to know how an animal’s feels about you but it sounds like your rabbit licking you means it feels and happy and comfortable with you and wants to show affection. I’ve never been licked by a rabbit – going to have to add that to things to do before I die!
