• Question: i have a female rabbit. should i get it castrated because of possible diseases and what are the success rate of an operation?

      I’d definitely ask you vet that one. most castration procedures go really well because they’re not that complex and vets do them all the time so I wouldn’t worry about your rabbit. Also, if you’re not going to let them mate and have babies its better to do it for their behaviour. They can get frustrated if they have sex hormones going around their system but can’t express that behaviour.
