By really findings out what they want, not what I think they should want, and then making sure they have it. so for example, horses would rather be outside and super muddy than inside looking pristine in a stable (which would be easier for me). There have been times where I’ve put myself in harms way to protect one too and that’s because I think they need to be protected. I hope that shows my love
By respecting them and learning about them. By trying to find out what they like, want and need and then doing whatever I can to ensure they have that. In terms of my own animals I pay them attention when they want it, leave them alone when they want it, and feed them tit bits from time to time 🙂
I don’t think I love animals but I do find them fascinating. And so I study them to find out all their secrets. But I do feel a bit sad when one I have been studying disappears, maybe having been caught by another animal.
