• Question: Have you ever been in Spain? Or Barcelona?

      I’ve been to Menorca a few times and loved it but never to the mainland. I’d love to though

      I have been to mainland Spain a couple of times but it has actually been so long I can’t remember where I went! I have never been to Barcelona but it is on the to-do list 🙂

      Yes, you’re “our” only neighbours! 🙂 I’ve travelled a bit along the southern coast and I’ve been to Barcelona and Lloret del Mar. I really enjoyed Barcelona and want to go back. When I went it was late November a few years ago and the weather was quite terrible. I want to experience Barcelona with sunshine!

      I have been to Barcelona on holiday but nowhere else in Spain. I am going “next door” to Portugal this summer for the first time for a conference – meeting lots of other scientists to talk about animal behaviour

      As for Spain, yes Tenerife and Gran Canaria, both were just beautiful and sunny, I was just escaping from the UK weather haha
