• Question: Do chickens have hormones that will relate to their sperm release as well as being either a brother or not.

      Interesting question. Hormones, yes! Chicken has the same set of hormones as humans, testosterone, oestrogen and progesterone. For males, the testosterone levels are higher than that of oestrogen and progesterone, testosterone makes the males in heat and as such they would like to release sperm.

      As for brothers, well it are more because they are from the same parents. How the brothers recognise one another, we are not sure yet but we think its by smell!
