• Question: Do animals have a mind in the same manner that humans have in mind?

      It’s probably quite different and it depends on the species. Most animals don’t have a conscious mind like we do which lets them know they’re an individual and will die someday. They also can’t rationalise their own thoughts the way we can (so if I’m upset, I’ll know why but an animals won’t). Also they experience life in the moment but we can travel back into our memory and forwards to predict what might happen in the future. most animals can’t do this (though a few can).
