Oh wow – hard question! I don’t want to make immortality possible because we have to make room for the future lives that have still to happen and I think we’re very lucky to get any time on this beautiful planet of ours (deep thoughts for Monday morning!).

I think I’d make a very magical device that took away everyone’s ego – then you’d want what was best for everyone, not just yourself and we wouldn’t feel so self-conscious or worried we’d fail. Don’t think that’s going to happen though!

I don’t think anyone needs immortality. We live longer today than any generation before us, and the world is already overpopulated as it is. Similar to Carrie, I think I would invent a “humanity detector” or the opposite a “corruption/greed detector”, something like a lie detector that we could test and make sure politicians and the like are honest and have people’s best interests at heart before we choose to give them a position of power.

Very good question, if there would a wish for me, it would be to help humankind have a good and loving relationship with themselves and nature.

We are here today, having the great resources and beauty of planet earth for which we should preserve and protect for the future of both humankind and all the other animals and plants on earth.

I would make it so that people always wanted to help other people and never wanted to be violent or to bully anyone. There is too much sadness in the world. A smile costs nothing. Saying Hello can make someone’s day. Just because we can be nasty doesn’t mean we should. So let’s magically get rid of our ability to be nasty.

Excellent question. I would like a world where there is no poverty. The unbalance in the world is at its greatest – with poor people being poorer than ever and rich people being richer than ever. I wish there was some level of equality, where for example footballers didn’t get paid ridiculous wages while children fight for their lives in Africa. I don’t mean that everyone has everything exactly the same, just that basic resources for survival are available to everyone!
