• Question: If a dogs nose is dry, does it mean there ill?

      My grandma always used to say that a dog should have a wet nose and you needed to keep an eye on them if they didn’t but I don’t know if she was right. It could mean they’re a little dehydrated but I wouldn’t panic about it

      I think that is just an old wives tail! My dog often has a dry nose, thankfully really, much nicer than a cold wet nose! Signs of illness in dogs would more usually be lethargy, going off their food or just not being themselves 🙂
