      Haha, great question … my answer would be hold on really REALLY tight! Although I am really not sure on the welfare implications. But i did find quite a funny article, my favourite sentence being ‘In fact, riding an ostrich is remarkably like riding a pencil-necked two-hundred-and-fifty pound chicken’

      I don’t think riding an ostrich is a good idea – for you or the ostrich! Ostriches can run very fast though – when I was working in Africa a group of them overtook our car and ran across the road in front of us. I think you would be safer riding a horse. Or a bicycle…
