• Question: How do ants communicate?

      Great question! One I really didn’t know the answer to actually, but I was interested to find out. Ants are absolutely incredible little creatures!

      Apparently ants communicate using pheromones, sounds and touch. Whilst I was looking up this information i found a really neat article published in Science in 2013 which showed when they proved ants communicate by sound http://www.sciencemag.org/news/2013/02/shhh-ants-are-talking, which i thought was really interesting too!
