• Question: Can elephants have arguments with each other? if so, can they forgive each other?

      Elephants can have fallings out yes – sometimes they are just minor (like one might push another out of the way for access to food) and other times they are more serious (leading to fights). On the whole yes – they do move on from the fall out (especially if it wasn’t serious to begin with). There have unfortunately been instances in zoos when elephants have had to be separated long term for fighting with other individuals in the herd though – although it isn’t always completely clear why they fell out!
