• Question: Can animals imagine/daydream?

      Great question! And the honest answer is I really have no idea! I do sometimes look at my ele’s and they look like they are away with the fairies… would be nice to think they do have little day dreams but I have no idea if they do or not!

      We’ve got some info that suggests that dogs and cats definitely dream, but we don’t know what about! If they can then other animals we haven’t research probably can too. My dogs both run and bark in their sleep so I imagine their dreaming about protecting the house and chasing rabbits. One evening one of them was wagging it’s tail in it’s sleep so I imagine I just came home in that dream!
